Claire WU is the founder & therapist of Breathe Into Peace, dedicated to helping people manage their anxiety. She is a therapist and business development expert with 15 years of experience working with people with complex mental health and assisting businesses to scale and thrive with effective marketing & sales strategies. She has a Master's in Sports Science, a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy, and a minor in Psychology.
She’s also an Accredited Mindset Coach, Psychosomatic Therapist, and Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation, Mental Health First Aider.
Claire has worked with Estia Health, Plena Health, Flourish Australia, Focus Movement (Singapore) & OCBC Bank (Singapore) where she combines nervous system regulation, personal stories, and her knowledge to share practical tools to help build a resilient and strong team.
She has healed from generational trauma and achieved her dreams in life and she wants that for her clients. She helps the company to do training for their mental health, giving anxiety strategies, mindful connection and communication and practical tools to use daily.
She is now actively developing new anxiety relief jewellery, mentoring business owners and conducting private and corporate nervous system workshops, breathwork workshops, anxiety workshops and speaking in Australia.
