Inspired by my journey to fight anxiety

I struggled with anxiety from a young age, throughout that time, my quest to overcome anxiety got me on the journey to look for solutions, techniques, and tools that could help me take control of my life. 

I not only want it to look aesthetically pleasing but also functional and easy to use. 

The result of my research was the creation of the beautiful breathing necklace, this product is not only elegant but also allows deep breathing exercises, which are scientifically proven to reduce anxiety and panic attacks. (Vancampfort D,2016, Streeter CC 2017, Zeidan F 2010)
